I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?
Click on "Log in" at the top right corner of this page, then "Forgot your password?" and follow the instructions.
How accurate is the stock status shown online?
The stock status you see online is updated every 30 minutes and is therefore very accurate! However, when many customers want to buy the same product at the same time, the online stock status may be inaccurate.
Do I have to pay customs, VAT, and excise duties on the goods?
No, this is not something you need to worry about as a customer of snamix.
Do you have a physical store?
Unfortunately, no! snamix.dk is purely an online shop, without a physical store. However, you can order goods for pickup at our warehouse in Odense.
Is it safe to order online?
Absolutely! We use the latest technology and the best partners to ensure that you can safely place and pay for your order on snamix.dk.
I haven't received my order confirmation. What should I do?
Immediately after completing your order, we send you an email confirming that your order has been processed. If you haven't received an email confirming your order, start by checking your spam folder or junk mail to see if it ended up there. If you still can’t find the email, there might have been a mistake or a typo in your email address. Please contact our customer service, and we will look into it!
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible at +45 66 15 90 40, so we can update the delivery address on your order. It needs to be quick, as we pack your order shortly after receiving it. 🙂

Delivery

Here you will find the most frequently asked questions and answers about shipping and delivery. We have gathered the most important information, so you can easily get an overview of delivery times, shipping costs, and other relevant details for your order.

What is your delivery time?
Your items will be dispatched within 3 business days from the date you placed the order. Please note that most courier companies do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
What delivery options do you offer?
When you go through the payment process, you can choose delivery by GLS, PostNord, Bring, DAO, DHL, PostNL, or Instabox.
How can I track my package?
As soon as we have dispatched your package, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. Simply click on "Track your order," and you will be able to follow your package.
What does shipping cost?
The price for delivery to a private address or parcel shop in Denmark ranges between 39 and 79 DKK. For orders over 499 DKK, we offer free delivery to a parcel shop. Shipping to EU countries starts from 90 DKK.
Can I get free shipping?
If you spend over 499 DKK (excluding shipping and any discount codes), we will deliver your package free of charge to your nearest parcel shop in Denmark.
How can I pay for my order?
In the webshop, you can pay using the following methods: Dankort / VISA Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, MobilePay, and ViaBill.
When will the money be withdrawn for my order?
We will only withdraw the money from your account once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
Can I pay via invoice or cash on delivery?
We do not offer credit, invoice purchases, or cash on delivery. You can pay by credit card or MobilePay when you place your order.
Can I get credit?
You have the option to pay with Viabill, which offers an installment plan.
